Set up Zoom Account
Faculty/Staff Zoom Account Setup
All faculty and staff are now eligible to receive access to Zoom under the university site license.
For those who need new accounts:
You will be provisioned an account when you sign in via the CUI Zoom portal. The link to the portal is available in your Chrome Bookmarks Bar under "CUI Bookmarks" or you can navigate to it directly by going to cui-edu.zoom.us.
For those with existing accounts that are associated with CUI employee email addresses (@cui.edu):
In order to consolidate all Zoom accounts that are associated with CUI employee email addresses (@cui.edu) under the site license, ITS has enabled settings to give existing account holders the option to either join CUI or change to their personal email address.
If you plan to use your existing Zoom account to conduct university-related business, follow these instructions to join CUI.
If you receive an invitation email to "sign into the new Zoom account concordia.its@cui.edu (cui-edu.zoom.us)", you can click on the included link to consolidate.
If you wish to keep your existing Zoom account for personal use, follow these instructions to change to your personal email address.
